Thinking of You

Hey everybody! How have you been? I know, I know… I’m missing again. Things have been hectic plus my Dad has problems again with his health. So we had to take him to the doctors to change his meds and all. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

Anyway, despite that I have some cards to share but didn’t have time to take pictures of them but I managed to take a pic of this.

Elegant and Simple

Happy Saturday everyone! I am here for a quick post of a very simple yet elegant card. I bought this die a while back when it was 40% off and I didn’t regret it at all. The die makes a card looks very elaborate and pretty even with just a striking cardstock. You might not see it but I also sprayed the cardstock with shimmery spritz. Ohhhh pretty!!!

For You From Me

I really love coloring thesedays. I mean, I think I found a great way to get that extra mojo boost and that is to color my stamps. Once I started last weekend I just can’t stop. I find that coloring skin tones then leaving the other parts blank saves time and is a great way to prep for making last minute cards or color matching. So that’s what I did, I just do a lot of skin coloring and when the mood strikes me I just pick any image I like and decide on the clothes’ colors and voila! :D

Summery Mae

I think people are getting ready to bask in the springy sun and weather, but I am soooo ready for summer! I mean, who doesn’t love summer right? Well when I was still living in Melbourne, I used to dread summer because it’s dry, flies everywhere and sooo hot (40 degrees celcius!). But still, I love the festivities that were going on during summer months :)

Well here’s my summery card using Summery Mae from Some Odd Girl. This is one of their newest digi release and it looks so cute! I will be giving this to a friend who looks just like this! :D

Hybrid Chick Card Template Challenge - March 8th

I don’t know if I have mentioned it here but I was accepted to be The Digichick’s Hybrid Chick aka hybrid design team a while back! I am soooo happy because it’s such a great place to be. Such lovely people and of course, the products are top notch! If you’re new to hybrid cardmaking or just love card template/sketch challenge, go on over to their forum to participate on Hybrid Chick Card Template Challenge. There’s a digi template you can download or you can simply use the sketch which was inspired by a card Artistic Avenger.

Shy Mae

You know whenever Kristy of Some Odd Girl put up any character doing their shy pose, I just fall in love hehehe… Well that’s not entirely true, because whatever she put up are always so cute and I fall in love with ALL of them all the time. When I saw this image of Shy Mae, I just wanted to color her up and pair her with soft colors.

Here is Shy Mae and I made her looking shy and sweet :D, I especially love the color of her hair which I call the combo Scandinavian blonde color hehe.

Puurrrrrrr

If you know me personally, then you’ll know that I loooovvve cats. I have loads of stray cats that I care for at my house. My Mom hates cats so we don’t keep them inside the house, but they roam around my front yard and in the garage sometimes heehee. So when Kristy put up this adorable digi from Some Odd Girl I instantly fell in love with it!!! It’s sooooo me! Introducing one of Some Odd Girl’s newest digi release…
